freedakgmail 8d7cc79620 fix: updateEmployeeSchema 缺少 baseSalary/performanceSalary 字段 ...

根因：Zod schema 默认 strip 行为会过滤未定义字段，
导致前端传的 baseSalary 和 performanceSalary 被 schema.parse 删除，
后端 updateEmployee 函数收不到这两个值，无法保存工资结构。
