Made the code shorter by about ~500 lines and easier to maintain in return for making the arguments autocompletion bad for shells that don't check for dynamic type hints like IPython.

- Websites that never finish loading their requests won't crash the code now if you used `network_idle` with them
- Fixed a typo in `load_dom` in DynamicSession's async_fetch
- Removed dead code
