Make all assistant entry points hard redirects to AGENT_GUIDE.md
Entry point files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .windsurfrules, .cursorrules, copilot-instructions.md) previously contained useful snippets that let agents skip reading the full AGENT_GUIDE. Now they contain zero usable instructions — only a mandatory redirect — so any assistant is forced to read AGENT_GUIDE.md before acting on user requests.
