## 2. 总体设计原则

### 2.1 确定性业务与 AI 分离

权限判断、审批结果、金额计算、状态变更和事务一致性由 Kotlin 核心后端负责。AI 负责意图理解、知识检索、任务规划、信息提取和内容生成。

大模型不得直接访问生产数据库,不得直接修改审批状态,也不得自行获得高于当前用户的权限。

- 同一幂等键重复提交不会产生两条申请或两个流程实例。

- 断网草稿能够恢复,失败提交可安全重试。

- 每次写操作都能通过 Trace ID 查询对应审计记录。
